6. Customization & Personalization

  • Custom or personalized products are final sale.
  • Minor variations in materials, finishes, color tone, texture, or craftsmanship are inherent to limited, artisanal production and do not constitute defects.

7. Delivery, Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery or handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Title transfers upon full payment.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, logistics providers, regulatory approvals, force majeure events, or acts beyond Garnadi’s control are not breaches of contract.

  • Buyers are solely responsible for proper use, storage, operation, licensing, registration, and compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  • Garnadi makes no guarantee that products comply with every jurisdiction’s road, safety, emissions, or usage regulations.

  • All content, designs, trademarks, product forms, names, logos, renders, text, and media are owned by or licensed to Garnadi.
  • No rights are granted except for personal, non-commercial viewing unless expressly authorized in writing.
